BUDDING GHANAIAN musician, Calistus Albert Nana Ampadu, known in showbiz as Boicalis, has dropped his latest single dubbed ‘Agro’.
The song, ‘Agro’, a Twi word which is translated in English as ‘play’, features Kirani Ayat. It was produced by Telz, a Nigeria producer, with its video directed by Del Nana Brew.
In an interview with the DAILY HERITAGE, the artiste, who doubles as a songwriter, explained that ‘Agro’ is a love song in which he was calling on her girl to come over so they could have fun.
The artiste, who has been doing music for eleven years, said his songwriting skills is inspired by BukBak and Castro, who, according to him, wrote their songs in a story form.
He also said he is influenced by both Bisa K’Dei and Kidi because they do great songs, adding that he had come to the music scene to add more ‘sauce’ to the industry.
Boicalis has songs like ‘Bend Over’, ‘Dat Thing’ and currently ‘Agro.’
