MEMBERS OF the legendary reggae band, Morgan Heritage, are in Ghana to shoot a new music video with Ghanaian artiste, Stonebwoy.
Gramps Morgan, Peetah Morgan and Mojo Morgan arrived in Ghana on Tuesday, September 18, for the shoot, and also the official unveiling of the Ghana-Jamaica Homecoming festival.
The video shot is said to be for a yet-to-be released song also featuring Tanzanian artiste, Diamond Platnumz.
The song will be the official anthem for the festival aimed at promoting music, tourism, sports and cultural exchange between the two countries, and the Caribbean and African countries.
“It’s another trip to Ghana and thanks to everyone working around this project to make it materialize. This time I am here with my two Brothers, Peetah and Mojo. And we give thanks,” stated Gramps during an interview with the press at the Kotoka International Airport.
The other brothers expressed their excitement at visiting the West African country: “Gramps spoke highly about Ghana all the time and it’s good to be back home to the motherland to feel the energy and love from the people.”
