B.A.B 2 slated for March 29

BY RAMSON ACQUAH-HAYFORD

THE SECOND edition of Ghana’s biggest ‘bring a bottle’ gathering, dubbed B.A.B 2, is coming off at the Iroko Beach Villas located at Kokrobite, near Kasoa, tomorrow, March 29.

According to organisers Eventhub, the event is meant to foster socialisation and bring together old acquaintances that have lost touch with each other.

“This event has one simple notion to bring family and friends together to have unlimited fun. The theme for the party has always been for revellers to come along with any bottle of drink of their preference, those in groups that may prefer to bring ice boxes of drinks too are welcome,” Kelvin Ansah, Chief Executive Officer at Eventhub, told DAILY HERITAGE in an interview.

He added that this year’s event had been twitched a notch higher because there would be a road trip, arts exhibition and food fair.

“We are so excited that CD Beer will be refreshing us on the road trip to Kokrobite. The bus will take off at the Accra Mall at exactly 3p.m., so we encourage all party goers to book their place on time.”

Mr Ansah mentioned that aside the beach jam, there would be some performances from the Black Avenue Music Group, Mantse AY and others that are yet to be confirmed.

He also acknowledged his power brand sponsor, Kasapreko, for coming on board for this annual celebration of life.

He then advised that beverage brands and food vendors should seize this opportunity to be a part of the event this year and years ahead.
