Greenpark Properties Limited launches affordable ‘Preston Place’


Greenpark Properties Limited, a real estate developer has introduced ‘Preston Place’ a beskpoke luxurios apartments situated at Adjiriganor, East Legon.

This came on the back of a cocktail ceremony which happened at Cahaya Lounge, East Legon in Accra Yesterday.

Mr Mathew Boadi Agyei, Managing Director for the company stated in his welcome speech that his company’s definition of real estate empowers them to go beyond just building and management,

“But to continuously improve our processes to ensure that all our products conform to the ever changing demands of today’s sophisticated buyer.” He cited.

In an interview with THE DAILY HERITAGE, Mr Agyei indicated that Greenpark dedicates their time in creating functional areas and getting involved in every step of the design and build process.

He added that ‘Preston Place’ is arguably the most affordable housing unit and has the most flexible payment method.

“With us it the understanding of the real estate market, that is what makes us stand out. We had to take time and research on this field and we found out that there were too many overpriced units in town, and people weren’t getting value for money.

“So we went back to the drawing board with the architects and constructors and figured out how to make use of space yet provide value for the client, it was that moment that ‘Preston Place’ was birthed.” He concluded.

Preston Place boasts of an affordable $77,000 for a one bed room with a $5,000 reseervation fee. With two bedroom, three bedroom semi-de-tached, three bedroom de-tached + bq and Four Bedroom de-tached + bq all going for $133,000,$198,000,$245,000, and $295,000 respectively.

There a $50,000 discount and a Mercedes Benz up for grabs for the first person to purchase a four bedroom de-tached unit.
