MultiChoice revamps DStv Thanks programme .Gives customers exciting new benefits

MULTICHOICE HAS revamped its DStv Thanks programme, the company’s customer rewards programme designed to incentivise and show appreciation to active customers for their continuous loyalty and support.

According to the company, customers who pay their DStv account on time will be eligible to unlock a world of amazing new rewards with DStv Thanks, which started May 2, 2019.

Madam Cecil Sunkwa-Mills, Managing Director, MultiChoice Ghana, said, “The relaunch of our DStv Thanks with these new benefits is a key step for our business in establishing a stronger relationship strategy with our loyal customers.”

“It’s a key piece of a bigger picture of us putting our customers at the heart of everything we do and showing them appreciation for their continuous support and loyalty to our business,” she added.

The company explained to the media that all DStv customers that continue to pay on time will be eligible to get new DStv Thanks perks, which are all available on!

“To ensure that there is something for all DStv packages, the DStv Thanks rewards will be allocated according to the packages while DStv customers on Compact+, Compact, Family and Access, who pay their account on time will also continue to get their one week of extra sports channels on a higher package benefit,” DStv said.

They said with DStv Thanks, there are rewards for every subscriber.

“Simply pay your DStv subscription on time and enjoy the benefits. Eligible customers can check and access their rewards by logging on to using their last name or mobile number to access their voucher codes and more information on the program,” the company said.

Some of the partners for the DStv Thanks are Electroland, Zoobashop online, Yolo Group and Equity Pharmacy
